Warning: Dreary Topic!

Have you noticed the calimities going on in the last few years? It seems to be escalating. There was the devasting hurricane in the US, Katrina. The people of New Orleans are still recovering from that.

 Then the massive explosion of the BP Oil Well in the Gulf of Mexico. Will we ever know the true ramifications of that tragedy?

Before both of those there was the earthquake and tsunnami in Indonesia.

The massive earthquake in Haiti.

 And now the cataclysmic earthquake and tsunnami in Japan.

 What is going on? Does it really mean anything or is it just circumstance or coincedence? I believe it is NOT just coincedence, but instead a warning. The Bible says that things will be like nothing ever seen before at the end of time. Man has definitely turned his back on God and godly principles. In reading and studying the Old Testament, when the Israelites were defiante towards God, there were always plagues, death and destruction as the punishment. Just makes one stop and think, or at least it makes me ponder "What is going on?"


 In addition to the physical destruction of the earth, there have been numerous mysterious deaths of animals.

 I saw these statistics on another blog, so then checked out the source before listing them. I had heard of some of these, but didn't realize there were so many.

I didn't realize there had been that many! Sure makes you stop and think.

Not to mention that now with the devastation in Japan and loss of life, there is the real threat of the nuclear power plants exploding or melting down. The experts are saying it will be worse than Chernobylle and the ramifications will be world wide. I'm not sure we were ever told, or if the "experts" even know the true effect that Chernobylle had on the earth. Is there really anyway to track radiation in the atmosphere? In looking for information I found this website that has a map, that is updated every three minutes for levels of radiation in America. I book marked it to check in  periodically since we live within ten miles of a nuclear plant. Here is a copy of today's map from this morning.
