I saw it in today's paper that the Ace of Cakes presentation in Muleshoe will be airing tomorrow night. Thursday, Sept. 30 on The Food Network, that's channel 65 here in the Amarillo area. The episode will air at 9:00 pm. Be sure and Tvo or record it. Watch for the commotion in the back ground, that will be my family. If you see the ambulance coming in that would be for my mom. It all worked out and we think she just got over-heated, but we were disappointed that the cake Duff made was NOT served to the public. We got a piece of sheet cake they bought at a local grocery store. At least it was an adventure. You can read all about it here. That was probably the worst day of my life! Thankfully I wasn't dangerously ill! My doctor checked me out a couple of days later and said I was fine. I am looking forward to seeing it on TV tonight. Thanks for the post, Linda. Love, Mom
We watched it. While viewing it frame by frame, going backward we saw Laurie, Amber, Blake, the top of Ethan's head with his hand on it, and me. It as only nano-seconds long. But, hey, we made our national tv debut! It was fun except for the scare with Mother. It's about time for another adventure. Anyone know of anything going on...
