About a week ago C*urtney called and asked if I would take family photos for their Christmas card. I said "Sure." She then asked if I cared if one of their friends came too. Since I love to practice my craft I said, "Sure." We had planned on getting together Saturday and I prefer to do outdoor sittings as the light is always better. Then the unplanned snow dump came and I wasn't sure we would be able to do it, but C*urtney just said they would bundle up for "snow" photos. It turned out by the time we got together on Saturday late afternoon, most of the snow had already melted. Here are a couple of shots from both sittings. I think they turned out pretty good. I still don't feel right about charging, but am getting closer to having that confidence. What do you think?
My favorite of Brys*n. It looks like he is in the tropics somewhere. Makes you wonder why he is wearing a jacket. I love this kid.
And my favorite of Austin. Isn't he the cutest?
It was a lot of fun and for the most part all the photos came out very well. This is just a portion. I was able to give them about ten poses each to choose from.
Maybe you should book your family sitting before I get all booked up.
